Grapes are the one of the popular fruit. It is popular because of its taste, texture, variety, flavor and ease of portability. Apart from it grapes also contain many nutrients. Grapes are actually berries! They grow in bunches in temperate climate. As we know that mango is known as ‘king of fruits’ same as grapes are known as ‘Queen of fruits’. Grapes protect us from sunburn even if we have applied sunscreen. For that you just need mashed grapes. Apply these mashed grapes gently on the affected area. Then leave it for 30 minutes and then wash it off with cold water. Grapes contain proanthocyanidins and resveratrol that are powerful antioxidants. So the application of grape seed provide the protection against harmful ultraviolet radiation.

Make skin flexible

To make skin flexible grapes are best. You just need grape seed extract. Then scrub it on your face and then wash it off with cold water. Grapes are rich in vitamin E and retain the moisture of the skin and extract acts as an exfoliant which makes the skin smooth.

Lightening scars

As we know that grapes contain vitamin C which helps to repair the skin. With the regular use of it scars got lighten. For that you just need green grapes, 1 tablespoon alum and 1 tablespoon of salt. Mix these all ingredients and wrap them in a foil and bake them atleast for quarter of hour. Then apply this juice on your face and leave it for 15 minutes and then rinse it off with warm water.

Black grapes help to prevent dandruff. For that you just need black grapes and apply to your hair. After 15 minutes wash it off. This will give you surprising results. Grapes help to provide volume to your hair. With the use of grapes you can make your hair thick and gorgeous. You just need 50 gram grape seeds, 50 grams fenugreek seeds and 1 teaspoon of pepper. Make the powder of these all and add this to lukewarm oil and massage it on the scalp for 10 minutes. And then rinse it off. Use it twice in a week for better results.
