People with their own looks put attention on the looks of their mobile phones. The first thing that grabs the attention of other people is the looks of their phone. People use a layer of metallic sheen to make mobile phone more attractive. This metallic layer contains nickel, chromium and cobalt which cause skin allergies and infections.

Mobile phone reduces the concentration level. We can not stay away from our phone even for 10 minutes. We keep on checking our mobile phone. Might be you all have observed that when we do some important work and in between your phone rings for new notification, then we leave our work and start checking our mobile phone. In this way mobile phone reduces our attention/concentration. Loss of concentration directly impacts our productivity.
Anxiety
Cell phone caused hyper-vigilance means the need to check phones for notifications, due to which the adrenals in our body remain constantly activated and cortisol levels remain high. The high level of cortisol – stress and hormone levels increase our blood pressure, heart rate and anxiety.

As we know that use of mobile phone also leading to accidents. People are losing their lives due to the attention they pay to their cell phones instead of what they are actually doing. Some people used to click selfies while walking, some continuing texting and others are on call. Some people are addicted to talk while driving and we know that while driving a little negligence leads to accident. More use of mobile phones caused the vision problems. According to the research it has been found that within 5 minutes of waking up 90% of people check their phones. Exposing your eyes to that kind of light in the day itself is harmful. But after waking up if you are using your phone is extremely harmful. We all have noticed that there is always oily, greasy residue on the screen of our cell phones. This residue contains more disease-causing germs than found on a toilet seat. These germs directly attack on the immune system and weaken it. It makes human body more prone to diseases.

Mobile phones emit radio frequency energy a form of non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation which can be absorbed by tissues close to the phone. We all know that cell phones give off radiation. This radiation affects our brain cells directly which causes brain cancer. In children brain cancer develops faster as compare to adults because their nervous systems are still developing.

Cell phones cause stress in many ways. When one gets used to a cell phone, they slowly become dependent on it. Then it becomes very difficult to be apart from it for any period of time. Cell phones also hamper the thinking process. It makes us dependent on them. Whenever we want to write or doing something we search the information on Google and whatever the information we got we utilize it and accordingly write it down. We do not use our minds. In this way this smart technology hampers our thinking and creativity.

Whenever we try to do something then Facebook, Instagram and you tube notifications distract our mind. In this way we won’t able to give 100% to your work. The checking of these applications takes more than 10 minutes which ultimately reduce the time of our work. And the work didn’t get done with full attention and dedication.

Sometimes our phone didn’t vibrate but we feel like that phone is vibrating it might be in anticipation of some text message, or some important call.

We all have stored our necessary information in our phones and if stolen they make us extremely vulnerable to all kinds of cyber crimes.
