IELST is required to move abroad for study purpose and for this very purpose scoring good is essential. IELTS exam in whole consists of four modules: Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking and attempting exam in right way is a very vital aspect. In this piece of writing we are going to discuss about the right manner to do the writing part right.
Writing is again a time bound module like reading and time management plays an important part in this module. We are given two tasks to write and number of words which we write are limited. First task is a graph/table/map/process/diagram, which we have to explain in 150-180 words. Therefore it is important to use wright connecting words and make comparisons properly by consuming less number of words in case if task 1 is a graph. Unlike reading there are chances of negative marking in this module if we exceed the given word limit. Sometime in task 1 we get a combination of two types of graphs or a graph and a table. In this case we can easily draft into negative marking zone by exceeding word limit. Hence attempt the task wisely and write about highlights of the provided data.
Task 2 of writing module of IELTS is an essay about variety of topics. In this task the word limit is 250-280 words and again there is possibility of negative marking if we exceed word limit or do not complete the task. This task is about giving your opinion about a topic. You have to explain both sides of a topic and in the end give your opinion about the given viewpoint in task. Instead of exceeding word limit and writing irrelevant sentences, we must try to create an overview in out mode or write bullet points in corner of the sheet to be erased later. Explaining two major points in bot aspects of topic is enough if you use right words.
So friends, all the best for your exam and do well.
