Amazon has announced a big surprise for its Prime users. The e-commerce giant will be hosting its second edition of the Prime Day sale, dubbed the “Prime Early Access Sale” next month. The upcoming Prime Day sale will be live for two days, and it will commence on October 11. As always, the sale event will be open to only Amazon Prime members.
But if you’re in India, we suggest you hold your horses since the second iteration of the Prime Day sale (Prime Early Access Sale) is only taking place in select countries, excluding India. As reported by TechCrunch, the Prime Early Access Sale will take place in Austria, Canada, China, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, the UK, and the US.
But Indian customers still have some possibilities to grab deals from sales. How? Well, Amazon lets you order products from international stores too. It may be possible that some of the products from the sale will be eligible for delivery to an Indian address. However, note that the oversea shipping charges may end up costing you more overseas. Spend wisely.
As mentioned earlier, the Prime Early Access Sale will be exclusive to Amazon Prime members. The non-prime members will not be able to see the discounts and price drops until the sale starts. In case you want to take a Prime subscription, Amazon offers a 30-day free trial. If you haven’t used it yet, the free membership is available to activate right before the sale. Amazon will be dropping new deals throughout the event. The sale will go live at 12 AM PDT on October 11 (12:30 AM IST, October 12).
Meanwhile, Amazon’s Great Indian Festival Sale is also live. With heavy discounts on all the products across sections, the sale is live for Indian customers to grab the best deals. The festive sale is also offering new deals every day with additional 10 per cent discounts on SBI debit and credit cards. There is also Rs 50 cashback on all UPI payments of orders of Rs 500 and above.
