What dishes we can make from milk or milk products?

As we know milk is a white liquid produced by the mammary glands of mammals. All mammals produce milk to feed their offspring until they are ready for solid food. Milk is considered as healthy milk as it contains calcium and all nutrients. Milk is a rich source of calcium which is good for bones. Cow milk also good for bone health. With health benefits you can make numerous dishes from milk. Milk is known as the perfect food. Because it contains all vitamins and nutrients which we got from different fruits and vegetables. Milk is a complete diet in itself. Everyone should take milk in diet because it is good for overall health.

Kheer



Kheer is very delicious Indian dish made with the help of milk. You can prepare kheer by boiling milk for long time with sugar. For making kheer you need to boil milk too an extent at which it becomes thick in texture . you can also add dry fruits to make it more healthy and delicious. You can serve it hot as well as cold, depending on the taste of people. Kheer is also healthy to eat.

Cake rusk

You can also made cake rusk from milk. Actually rusk is made of using milk and cream which makes it soft. Rusk is made up of rawa which is known as sooji and then backed until it gets crisp. People usually serve this at tea time. If you will not add milk while making rusk then it will remain just rusk which is not soft and yummy.

Fruit cream

Fruit cream is almost favorite of everyone. You can make fruit cream by adding a good quantity of fruits in cream along with sugar and other essence. The fruits which you can use while making fruit cream are apple, grapes, banana, pomegranate, orange, papaya etc. For giving flavor and to decorate you can add ingredients like cherries, sugar balls etc.

Mango shake

Among shakes mango shake is always the king of shakes. You can make it easily with the help of milk. You just need to put chopped mango and milk in a juicer mixer with added sugar. You can also decorate it with sugar balls, cherries or pomegranate from top of it either you can decorate it with syrups like fruit syrup, chocolate syrup etc.



Rasmalai

Milk is also used for making Rasmalai. You can made it from sugary white cream. You can made it from yellow-colored balls of chhana soaked in malai and can add flavor with cardamom. You can cooked it in sugar syrup, pistachios, almonds and saffron. These all ingredients give flavor to Rasmalai.

Vegetable toast

This is easy home-made dish. You can make it by making a paste of suji and other seasonal vegetables like caroort, onion, capsicum, onion and tomato. Corn is just used for better taste. This paste of suji you can spread over one side of bread and it is baked from both the sides until its turn brown.

Dahi Bhalla

Dahi bhalla is an best Indian dish. You can consumed it with dinner as well as with lunch. Dahi bhalla is a nutrient rich dish because it have curd and dal as the main ingredients. The main ingredients of Dahi Bhalla are dahi, pepper, chutney and moong daal. Dahi which is a milk product is main ingredient in Dahi Bhalla.

Kadhi pakora

This is the main dish of Indian people. It is made up of curd, butter, besan and the deep fried pakoras which are main. Curd is mainly used to make kadhi. In case you don’t have curd then you can use butter milk or vice versa. Kadhi pakora is the most delicious dish.

Barfi

The most famous dessert of India is barfi. It is made up of Maawa which is a milk product and milk itself. Some main ingredients of this dish are Milk, Cheena, Pistachios, and Maawa.

Rabdi

Rabdi is the delicious dish which is made of using milk. You can make rabdi more delicious with jalebis. For making rabdi you need sugar, cashews, milk, walnuts and pistachios.

Ice cream

Every person like to eat ice cream all over the year. You can make ice cream with milk like vanilla, butter scotch, milk, mango, raspberry etc. these all ice creams contain milk inside which adds the sweet taste and thickness to the ice cream.

Dal makhni

As the name stated that it require makhni which is milk product. Dal makhni is the tastiest dal of the India. Dal makhni is famous all over the world. You can make it by using mixture of kidney beans and udad daal. Dal makhni becomes tastier by adding cream in it. You can also use malai of milk if you don’t have cream.

Gazar halwa

Gazar halwa is the famous sweet and most common dessert of India because it is healthy in nature and sweet. To prepare gazar halwa you just need carrot, nuts, cashew, almond, pistachios and milk. The main ingredients of gazar halwa are milk, cream and maawa.

Phirni

Ingredients of all sweets almost same. To make phirni you need milk, cashew, sugar, saffron and pistachios etc. This is common desert in india which is served generally after having dinner or lunch.



Chenna murki

To make cenna murki you just need milk and sugar and boiled it together to get thick consistency. Variety of shapes of paneer is soaked in the milky condensate.

Smoothie

It is delicious thick drink made of by blending raw fruits and vegetables with some other ingredients like water, ice and dairy products. Apart from these you can add honey, sugar, syrup, tea and dairy products.
