Home Remedies To Make Hair Soft Long And Silky

Every girl desires to have long soft and silky hair. But pollutants, stress and city life ruins the beauty of the hair. Long silky and soft hair makes your appearance good. On the other side if you have dry dull and short hair then it decreases your morale as well. Dry hair does not absorb or retain any enough moisture.  It is very hard for girls especially not to feel envious when you see someone with long silky hair. But do not worry to get back natural softness and shine to the hair. You do not need to buy expensive products for your hair. With the help of basic ingredients from your kitchen you can transform your dull and damaged hair.

These are some home remedies to make your hair brighten long and silky:



Hot oil massage/coconut oil

Hot oil massage helps to make your hair silky long and soft. Hot oil massage boosting hair growth. coconut oil helps to nourish your hair. You can use olive, castor, almond, lanolin, corn oil as well. These oil helps to moisture your hair. It is also deep conditioning treatment for your hair which helps to prevent itching and dandruff as well. You just need to take hot oil, massage it on scalp leave it for 30 minutes then wash it with normal water. Do this twice a week.

Curd

Curd is the most effective way to strengthen your hair from within. Curd contains vitamins B5 and D which are essential for hair health. If you are adding amla powder to this then it becomes more effective for hair growth. You just need to take 1 cup of curd add some amla powder to it and apply this mixture on your hair and leave it for 30 minutes then wash it off.

Fenugreek seeds

Fenugreek seeds help to prevent hair loss, damage, dandruff and graying and promoting hair thickness and strength. These seeds contain iron, vitamin C, potassium, protein and lecithin which is important for hair. You just need to take ¼ cup fenugreek seeds and 1 cup of water, soak these seeds in water and leave it overnight. In morning blend it properly and make a mixture, apply it on your hair and leave it for 30 minutes then wash it off, finish your wash with conditioner. You can apply this once in a week.

Apple cider vinegar



Apple cider vinegar helps to get rid of dirt, oil, grime and buildup your hair. This makes your hair soft and silky. You just need to take 1 tablespoon of vinegar and 1 cup of water. After washing hair and conditioning pour it on your hair then do not rinse your hair further. You can use it once a week.

Onion juice

The juice of onion helps to curb hair fall, re-grow hair and boost the growth of hair. It is rich in manganese, vitamin C, phosphorus, copper, folic acid and biotin which help to restore health and shine to your hair. Sulfur content in onion helps to boost blood circulation. You just need onion juice 3-4 drops of oil, mix it well and apply on hair. Do massage with fingertips for few minutes and leave it for 30 minutes and then wash it. Finish your wash with conditioner. You can use this twice a week.

Eggs

As we know eggs are the abundant source of protein, which helps for hair nourishment and shine also improving its texture. It makes the dull hair silky and repair the damage hair. You just need 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 shower cap. Apply this mixture to your hair and wash it after 30 minutes. Finish your wash with conditioner. You can use it twice a week.

Aloe Vera

Proteolytic enzymes in aloe Vera helps to repair the damaged cells present in your scalp. It boost hair growth. the moisture content of aloe Vera helps to hydrate your hair and keep it conditioned throughout the day. You just need 1 aloe vera leaf, 2 tablespoon water and spray bottle. Blend aloe vera properly and mix it with water, pour this liquid in spray bottle. Spray it on your hair and leave it for sometime then wash it off. You can use 3-4 times a week.

Banana mask

Bananas are high in potassium and have high moisture content which makes them suitable for treating dry hair. Bananas help to prevent split ends, makes the hair soften. You just need to mash one banana properly spread it on the hair from roots to ends. Leave it for 1 hour and then rinse with lukewarm water.

Beer as conditioner

Beer contains high quantity of protein that helps to repair the hair cuticles, making the hair smooth and shiny. If after head wash you are spraying some drops of beer on your hair, allowing it to dry naturally, then it works as a best conditioner without leaving any smell on the hair.

Honey hair mask

Honey has the ability to maintain moisture in your hair, leaving it soft, shiny and nourished. You just need to wash your hair properly and then apply half cup of honey to damp hair and gently massage it into your scalp and hair strands. Then cover it with a shower cap and leave it for 20 to 30 minutes and after that rinse with lukewarm water. If your hair is more dry and damaged then you can add some avocado oil, or a tablespoon of coconut oil, or an egg yolk to the honey just to make this treatment more effective. There is one more good trick that you can mix some honey with your regular shampoo.





Milk

If your hairs are dry then you can use milk as a effective treatment. It is a complete nourishing ingredient for your hair. Milk is an excellent source of protein. It is rich in vitamin B-12 and minerals that are important for a healthy hair growth, soft and manageable hair. It also helps to straighten your hair and this is anti hair loss pack. Apply some milk to your hair and leave it for 1 hour and then rinse with water.

Lemon

It is an excellent remedy for your hair and scalp related problems. Lemon contains many nutrients such as vitamin C, B-6, magnesium and potassium that is required for silky, soft and healthy hair. It helps to cure dandruff and eliminates bad odors from your hair.

Yogurt

Yogurt is extremely good for hair. Yogurt contains good source of vitamin B-6 and B-12, lactic acid, protein, and potassium that is helpful to treaten dandruff, lifeless and damaged hair. It helps to nourishes hair and stimulates hair growth. It helps to prevent premature grey hair growth.
